In data science, it's common to have to process and exploit data with textual content. A major challenge is to make this data usable: this is the aim of Natural Language Processing. The emergence of machine learning approaches has been beneficial for automatic text processing, but it is essential to understand how these methods work and to analyze the different options they offer.
