The Data Science Competence Center (CCSD) of the University of Geneva is pleased to invite you to the first edition of the Data Science Tools.
Data Science Tools is a new meeting format launched in October 2021, where a researcher presents a data science tool (method, software, etc.) he/she uses in her/his research.
For this first edition, our speaker will be Lorenzo Perozzi, from the Faculty of Sciences, Department of Earth Sciences.
During his presentation, it will be shown how to use python to process and visualize a dataset about geothermal probes availability in the Canton of Geneva, available (open access) through the SITG (Système d'Information du Territoire à Genève).

Data Science Tools take place online and last no more than 30 minutes (15 minutes of presentation and 15 minutes of discussion).
